This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to consultation and service fees paid to Spine Clinic Kanpur through the Spine Clinic Kanpur website. By making a payment, you agree to the terms below.
Nature of services
We provide medical consultation and spine-care services. We do not sell or ship any physical products, so no shipping or delivery charges apply. Payments made on this website are for appointment bookings and clinical services.
Cancellations by you
- You may cancel or reschedule a booked appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
- Cancellations requested at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund of any consultation fee paid, or a free reschedule.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment (“no-show”), may not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations by us
If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to a doctor’s unavailability or other unforeseen circumstances, you may choose to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund of the fee paid.
Refund eligibility
- Duplicate or accidental payments will be refunded in full.
- Payments where the service could not be provided by us will be refunded in full.
- Fees for consultations that have already been provided are generally non-refundable.

Refund processing and timelines
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking through our payment gateway, Razorpay. Once approved, refunds are typically initiated within 5–7 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer and is usually completed within 7–10 business days.
